This Petty is perfect for those small, intricate jobs in the kitchen, including off the board cutting. Fruit, cheese, salami etc, you know what I’m talking about! The blade is made of O1 high carbon steel, with a rounded spine and choil for comfort.

The handle is made of salvaged Irish Oak from Co. Carlow, American Walnut, Ocean plastic gathered along the beaches of the West Coast, sterling silver, and brass. It is faceted and octagonal, tapering outwards towards the butt.

Length of cutting edge: 115 - 120mm

Overall length: 235 - 240mm

Weight: 62 - 71g
