This Petty is perfect for those small, intricate jobs in the kitchen, including off the board cutting. Fruit, cheese, salami etc, you know what I’m talking about! The blade is made of O1 high carbon steel, with a rounded spine and choil for comfort.

The handle is made of salvaged Irish Oak from Co. Carlow, green Atlantic Ocean plastic gathered on Coumeenoole Beach in Co. Kerry, sterling silver, and brass. It is faceted and octagonal, tapering outwards towards the butt.
