The blade of this Bread knife is made of O1 high carbon steel. The cutting edge has a constant gentle curve, and the nice wide serrations allow it to sail through bread or slow cooked meat like a laser. Both the spine and the choil are rounded for comfort in use.

The handle is made of wind felled Beech from Co. Carlow, American Walnut, green Ocean plastic from Coumeenoole Beach in Co. Kerry, sterling silver, and brass.
